About Us

This is a small nursery and garden, run by Elizabeth MacGregor, husband Alasdair and son John, in Galloway, south-west Scotland. We sell plants by mail order, at some flower shows and of course from the nursery. Our website is updated at the end of October, when we know what we have propagated and should have available for the following spring. We usually send plants in spring, March to early May. After this we will try to fulfill orders until the end of May, though taller plants will have to be cut back to fit a box.  No autumn deliveries.

You can select and order plants through our online shop. When you have selected your plants the system sends me an email with your order, I will then confirm with an email, usually within a few hours. If you have not had a reply within 24 hours, phone 01557 330620 or email [email protected] to check.

We do not ask for online payment, we will ask you to call us by phone, with your card details. I am sorry, we no longer produce a paper catalogue.

THE NURSERY IS NOW OPEN 5 DAYS (closed Sunday and Thursday) - from GOOD FRIDAY, March 29th until first weekend in October.
